Pro-32 Monthly/Quarterly Soak FAQ

  1. Does Pro-32 smell bad? Pro-32 is odorless.
  2. Does Pro-32 require a hazardous shipping fee? Pro-32 does not require a hazardous shipping fee in its original packaging.
  3. How much does Pro-32 Cost? Pro-32 cost 12.95 per cleaning.
  4. Will Pro-32 clean my Peri Type Processor? Pro-32 is excellent for cleaning Peri Type Transports and tubs.
  5. How do I remove the black (silver) that accumulates in the wash tank? Place the transport and wash tub in the soaking tub. Place the trans port into the small water tub from processor and poor in 3.5 ounces of Pro-32. Add enough water to top off tank. Soak over night. Empty the solution in to larger soak tub and add enough water to soak entire transport for 20 to 45 minutes. This one time cleaning should remove the silver build up.
  6. Will Pro-32 clean my Web Type Processor? Mix 3.5 ounces of Pro-32 with a gallon of water and soak 20 to 45 minutes. Pro 32 will remove all silver and discoloration from the web. Rinse and soak in fresh water for ten minutes to ensure that cleaner is removed.
  7. How do I dispose of Pro-32? Disposal is a local government issue. Check with your local authorities.
  8. Is Pro-32 a concentrate? Yes, mix only 3.5 ounces per gallon of water.
  9. How long should I soak my rollers? Pro-32 is a monthly or quarterly, or as needed.
  10. How do I purchase Pro-32? Pro-32 is stocked and sold by your full service dealer.

Pro-32 Monthly/Quarterly Soak Instructions

1. Wear safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and long sleeves.

2. Prepare Pro-32 Solution: In a well ventilated area, add contents to one gallon of water in rubber tub or developer tank.

3. Soak developer rollers* 20-45 minutes to remove silver build-up.

4. Remove developer rollers, dispose of solution properly.

5. Rinse and soak in fresh water for 10 minutes.

6. Return rollers to processor.

* For Peri-type Transports: Soak 20-45 minutes. Rinse and soak in a tub of fresh water 10 minutes.
